In April 2022, we carried out a hydrographic survey of the underwater part of the building as well as the survey of the rest of the water area under the ACI marina concession as part of regular periodic depth measurements and preparation of a report on the state of the depths for the Croatian Hydrographic Institute and entry in official maritime publications. Reconstruction works are carried out by the company TEXO MOLIOR d.o.o. from Cavtat
